Influenced by his great-grandfather and grandfather, he began woodworking at a young age. He continued his education and honed in on his craft by studying at the world renowned Center for Furniture Craftsmanship.
In his work, he maintains the traditional techniques that were passed down to him. Blending these techniques into contemporary designs he brings the old world into new light.
"Wood, as a medium, lives and breathes, it makes each unique piece take life. It tells its own story and continues to transform throughout time. Created in an ever changing world, this harmony is reflected in my work and continues to be an expression of myself and my heritage."
